Criteria

Earner has positively interacted with individuals their own age or younger for a minimum of 20 hours to build leadership skills and encourage others to have an interest in STEMM subjects. They have inspired and influenced others through working with at least two groups of students from different schools, demonstrating leadership skills knowledge of a STEMM topic. Earner has gained experience in developing and delivering a novel activity or project specifically aimed at students.
Earner has embedded their knowledge in different contexts by completing a minimum of 20 hours engaging the public in STEMM-based learning. They have participated in at least two events in different settings and have actively contributed to the development and delivery of a STEMM public event. Earner has confidently applied their digital skills to demonstrate ways in which science communication can be undertaken online.
Earner has dedicated a minimum of 20 hours to developing their skills and knowledge of STEMM topics. They have attended three STEMM-related events held at a minimum of two venues and have demonstrated an extension of a skill or knowledge area by producing a research project on a new topic.
Earner has displayed a willingness to further their professional development by spending a minimum of 30 hours exploring a variety of careers in multiple STEMM sectors. They have gained a deeper insight into available career pathways by seeking professional careers guidance and by undertaking work experience.
