Earner has been trained in how to teach anyone any practical task such as work routines, independent living skills, or any community-based activity through systematic instruction.

Earner has developed knowledge of the concept of 'try another way', for errorless learning and painless correction.

Earner has learnt about job analysis, the holistic method for analysing roles and tasks to be trained.

Earner has gained awareness of task analysis and how to construct a stimulus-response chain.

Earner has gained understanding of data collection including trainer self-evaluation and the evolution of a system.

Earner has completed a practical assessment in a simulated real-world environment, observed remotely by trainers. They have successfully used non-verbal methods to train and support a consultant learner to assemble a bike brake, and received extensive feedback.
