Childcare Learning & Development Level 3 - Child Development

Only available to belfast Residents currently employed and wishing to upskill to apply for a ‘better job’.

Earners of this badge have an understanding of the expected development patterns for children, the factors that influence development and the importance of early intervention. Earners have been able to assess development and support the provision of environments that promote development. Earners have learnt how to nurture children’s development of speech, language and communication, along with supporting a variety of behaviours.

If you enrol on to the academy, you will work towards achieving a Level 3 qualification in Childcare Learning & Development which will enable you to apply for roles as a qualified childcare assistant and room supervisor. You will also receive employability support and mentoring throughout the duration of this programme.
