Childcare Learning & Development Level 3 - Principles of Early Years

Only available to belfast residents currently employed and wishing to upskill to apply for a "better job".

Earners of this badge have an understanding of the purpose and principles of the early year’s sector. They understand teamwork and supervision, and are able to apply professional standards in practice. Earners have an understanding of the importance of providing play experiences and opportunities for creative development for children, in order to support and encourage their holistic development.

If you enrol on to the academy, you will work towards achieving a Level 3 qualification in Childcare Learning & Development which will enable you to apply for roles as a qualified childcare assistant and room supervisor. You will also receive employability support and mentoring throughout the duration of this programme.
