The HSC L5 programme is designed to help those working in a managerial role within the HSC arena to gain the necessary skills and experience required to safely and effectively manage a social care setting. It is designed to work alongside RQIA standards to help you meeting the criteria for registered manager.
Earners of this badge have the knowledge and understanding that a manager requires to maintain health, safety and welfare in an adult health and social care setting.
