The HSC L5 programme is designed to help those working in a managerial role within the HSC arena to gain the necessary skills and experience required to safely and effectively manage a social care setting. It is designed to work alongside RQIA standards to help you meeting the criteria for registered manager.

Earners of this badge have the knowledge and understanding in management and leadership and know how to apply this to effectively lead and manage a team to deliver a high standard of health and social care within their setting.
