Only available to belfast residents currently employed and wishing to upskill to apply for a "better job".

If you enrol on to the academy, you will work towards achieving a NCFE CACHE Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning which will enable you to apply for roles as a qualified classroom assistant. You will also receive employability support and mentoring throughout the duration of this programme.
