Day 6 of the 7 Day Leaders Programme: leading the adults. Move to assertive, relational and restorative communication, recognise stressed language and the Compass of Shame, practise restorative shame-sensitive language substitutions, and rehearse a challenging conversation using the 3Es toward repair.
