Day 5 of the 7 Day Leaders Programme: understanding behaviour through the Spheres of Action tool - Developing Agency, Condition (SEND) and Stressed Behaviour (trauma). Cover attachment, regulation states and the window of tolerance, polyvagal theory, shame sensitivity and the language of inclusion, then apply it all to a value-aligned multi-agency scenario. Attend the day and work the scenario to earn the Spheres of Action badge.
