Learn fair process and the 3Es (Engage, Explain, Expect), the five restorative questions, when to use a restorative conversation versus mediation, and the perfect conflict cycle. Explore peace keeping, peace making and peace building in your school, and practise dilemma-based coaching. Attend the day and apply the 3Es to a scenario from your own setting to earn the Reactive Processes badge.
