Secondary Immersion Day at Carr Manor (Day 3)
A full-day secondary-phase immersion in relational and restorative practice at Carr Manor Community School, running 7:40am to 4:00pm. Join the SLT briefing, sit in staff circles, pair with secondary staff coaches, tour secondary classrooms and corridors, observe relational practice during unstructured social time, and hear children tell their own stories. The afternoon explores how restorative practice can work in your organisation, closing with a check-out and next steps. Attending a full secondary immersion day earns the Inclusive Cultures Immersion - Secondary badge.
