Immersion Day on the Road (Day 3)
The immersion experience, brought to your locality. The Carr Manor team travels to you and delivers the immersive day on the road - to groups of up to 120 people - so a whole partnership, trust or local authority can experience first-hand the way they work, without travelling to Leeds. The day can cover small group pastoral structures and coaching, proactive and reactive processes, professional development for children and adults, and inter-school collaboration, with time to reflect on what it means for your own settings. Attending earns the Inclusive Cultures Immersion - On the Road badge.
