Supporting them to investigate and evaluate their self-awareness including identifying their preferences, personality traits and strengths.
Earner has participated in the exploration of a variety of learning and career pathways including where to find up-to-date career and labour market information. The earner has acquired knowledge of opportunities available to them and developed an understanding of how their preferences, personality strengths and skills relate to their next step, be that in further education or in the workplace.
Earner has discussed and identified next steps to achieve their goals and taken ownership of identifying any action points.
