Criteria

This badge is only available to Students, Members or Employees.

Earner has demonstrated that they are the "Most Career Focused Student" through demonstrating an understanding of different kinds of work and career sectors. They have demonstrated knowledge in specific career sectors of interest, understand what it is to be a good worker, and are able to research specific career sectors through the use of career tools online, books, and information leaflets. Earner understands diversity and gender stereotypes within specific career sectors.

Earner has demonstrated that they are a "Leader" through evidence that they have provided leadership in school, the school council, leading a working group(s), enterprise challenges leading a team etc. They have represented fellow students' voices, with sensitivity and understanding. They have demonstrated good listening skills and interpersonal skills. They understand fairness and equality and show confidence and resilience.

Earner has demonstrated that they are "The Resolver" by employing strategies and techniques used to resolve a problem (analytical, arguments, data, reflection). They have shown the ability to interpret information and draw their own conclusions. They have demonstrated the ability to ask pertinent questions and gain clarification. They use both conventional and innovative ways to solve problems.

Earner has demonstrated that they are a "Shining Star" by demonstrating creativity in all areas of learning. They have considered new and innovative ways to complete tasks and make improvements. They have demonstrated enterprising behaviours and are able to express thoughts and feelings in different ways.

Earner has demonstrated that they are a "Team Player" by showing a genuine commitment to working as a team, enabling team tasks to be completed. They have good communication and collaborative behaviours within a team. They support and respect others and are always willing to help others.
