West Yorkshire Police Fitness Session

Earners of this badge have successfully completed a police physical fitness test required for entry to front line police services. This has been assessed by West Yorkshire Police.

Criteria

Earner has demonstrated successful understanding of how to prepare for Fitness test in terms of diet/exercise, and practical skills by taking part in the Bleep test used by Police as part of their recruitment practice.

Earner has demonstrated running back and forth along a 15 meter track in time to a series of beeps during the course of the test get progressively faster as the levels increase.

Earner has received feedback from the Police Recruitment Rep on their performance at the fitness test and has reflected on areas for improvement.

Earner has successfully completed Unit 4: Physical Preparation, Health & Well-Being.

Earner has successfully completed Unit 19- Professional Development In the Uniformed Protective Services
