ARU Students at the Heart of Knowledge Exchange

Earners of this badge participated in a 15 hour plus leadership and consultancy training programme on problem solving, consultancy, leadership, teamwork, stakeholder management, planning, and presenting. They held a paid internship Team Leader role in a Student Consult team tackling operational challenges proposed by external partners. They applied their knowledge, leadership skills, and experience; and directed their team to work to fixed deadlines and delivered a consultancy report.

Earner has applied consultancy problem-solving methods to analyse case studies and produce recommendations, and applied stake holder management techniques to communicate with and influence partner decision making processes.

Earner has mentored and motivated team members to leverage leadership as a team effectiveness management tool for deliverables creation, completion, and reporting.

Earner has demonstrated proficiency in essential IT skills such as Microsoft software and applications.
