First Aid: Babysitting

Earners of this badge have participated in a facilitated session where they have gained a deeper insight into current emergency first aid techniques within childcare. They have engaged in practical activities where they have learnt about basic life support skills and have demonstrated their understanding of how to use modern training equipment.

Earner has learnt about current emergency first aid techniques within childcare. Earner has participated in group tasks and discussions to better their understanding of how to respond effectively in an emergency situation.

Earner has successfully engaged in set activities where they have been introduced to basic life support skills. They have learnt about the recovery position, choking, shock, cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills, and managing wounds and bleeds in adults, children, and babies.
