Earner has developed knowledge of the purpose of an interview and how to answer popular interview questions. This also includes competencies-based questions how to formulate and answer using the STARB method (situation, Task, Action, Results, Benefits)

Earner has developed a knowledge of research skills and how to enhance their knowledge of the company they are interviewing with.

Earner has developed knowledge of preparation and planning for an interview. This includes everything from travelling to an interview in a face-to-face setting and setting up your space correctly for an online interview.

Earner has developed knowledge of how to have good body language and what non-verbal communication could be saying to the interview panel.

Earner has developed knowledge of how to practise answers and eliminate verbal tics. The learner knows how to enhance verbal communication delivery of the answers along with how to stay calm under pressure.
