Earners of a Business Services Academy badge have participated in activities and discussions designed to hone and improve their Time Management skills. They understand the importance of prioritising tasks, setting goals and communicating with stakeholders in order to delegate or collaborate on tasks. They make effective use of time management tools and resources to deliver on time every time.

Earners of a Business Services Academy Customer Service badge have mastered the ability to delight the customer before, during and after a sale or business transaction. They understand the importance of taking pride in their work and how a positive attitude, active listening skills and effective communication can improve services and prevent problems arising. They have learned how to make a good first impression and professionally handle customer complaints.
