Earner has participated in tasks/projects during their work experience. Earner has demonstrated their versatility by doing so both on an independent and group basis.

Earner has demonstrated their analytical skills by completing a placement diary or portfolio of personal reflection and progress. This was in relation to personal targets and as part of their submitted work experience evaluation.

Earner has attended a review and evaluation session at the end of the placement.

Earner has delivered a presentation at the end of the placement. This could be in the form of a formal presentation, photo diary, written piece, short film or discussion.
