Earner has learnt the hotels PMS Operating System and various Microsoft Office applications for reporting.
Earner has shown great commitment and competency in understanding how their role plays a key element in the hotel operation.
Earner has received and actioned feedback on their performance throughout the Hotel Takeover project.
