Criteria

Direct – Earner has been involved in setting objectives and defining the scope of a product, including identifying target audiences, and the resources needed to create the product.
Discover/Design – Earner has demonstrated knowledge of the market for their product: developing product features and user experiences that meet the customer's needs and wants. This helps in defining the product's purpose and its key features.
Define – Earner has built a product including all its features from product definition through to analysing customer data to identify areas of improvement.
Deliver – Earner has launched and marketed their product, including testing and making it available to the target market.
Drive – Earner has understood the need to monitor, maintain, and improve the product, providing ongoing support and enhancements to the customer to ensure a positive user experience.
