Criteria

This badge is only available to Students, Members or Employees.

Earner has demonstrated basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in the painting process and the materials used in painting. Earner has understood the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and has demonstrated safe working practices, such as avoiding slipping hazards, ventilating the area properly, and adhering to safe working practices while painting.

Earner has selected appropriate hand tools for a specific painting task and demonstrated proficiency in painting a flat wall area. Earner has maintained a clean and organized work environment and handled painting materials responsibly.

Earner has demonstrated basic skills in painting a variety of surfaces and can troubleshoot problems that may arise during the painting process. They demonstrate the highest level of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail in their work; as a result, showing a willingness to learn.

Earner has effectively communicated with team members for the successful completion of tasks and has done so in a timely manner. They have demonstrated that they can follow instructions when working with others and adhere to safe working practices with minimal supervision. Earner has shown they are confident in making decisions and are able to articulate their ideas.
