Earner has demonstrated partnership working, interpersonal & communication skills when outlining the principles of developing positive relationships with colleagues and learners. Earner wrote questions and conducted interviews with SEN specialists and other professionals in the learning environment. Earners collated their findings and submitted a report to explain why effective communication is beneficial, the impact of cultural differences & the barriers to partnership working with stakeholders.

Earner has demonstrated an understanding of confidentiality, information gathering and recording and reporting skills when outlining their understanding of legislation, policies and procedures for confidentiality and sharing information, including data protection. Earner has submitted a written report and participated in group discussion to evidence handling confidentiality protocols and data protection legislation.

Earner has understood how to support inclusion and inclusive practices in work with children and young people. Earner has explained what is meant by inclusion, identified barriers to participation and demonstrated ways of supporting inclusive practices during a class debate and a written submission, showing their reflective and critical thinking skills and digital skills.
