Earner has demonstrated their presentation, occupation and self-evaluation skills by delivering a presentation describing the duties and responsibilities of the playwork role. Earner has also outlined the occupational standards for the playwork sector and how they effectively apply these in their daily work.
Earner has demonstrated their reflective skills, conflict management, teamwork and report writing skills, when they produced a written document detailing the importance of reflective practice in the play work role. Earner has also outlined a time when conflict had arose in the work place and how they effectively managed this as an individual and as part of a team. They have detailed the importance of working as a team and the benefits of this for the children & young people in the setting.
Earner has demonstrated their analytical skills and their planning skills when completing a written piece to analyse their own performance in relation to the occupational standards. Earner has sought feedback from colleagues and supervisors and then reported how they were excelling; they also explored any areas for development. Earner has then created a personal development plan to identify how they could improve their working practices.
