Earner has worked with experienced industry professionals and has been given guidance throughout their placement. They have improved their existing skills including software development, application development and SEO; they have demonstrated an understanding of how this feeds into overall digital strategy. Earner has received feedback as part of their work experience and has demonstrated the ability to take this on board and make changes accordingly.

Earner has gained practical experience within the field of software development and has worked on live projects; they have done this independently, with fellow interns and with ProfileTree team members. Their work experience included working with various software such as CAD and conducting independent research.

Earner has learned how to provide updates throughout the project process, developing and demonstrating skills in communication, project management and time management. This involved reporting to a designated project supervisor on their progress including successes, as well as areas where they needed help or guidance.
