Criteria

This badge is only available to Students, Members or Employees.

Earner has shown their interpersonal and presentation skills by giving an inspirational talk to current students, staff, alumni and/or the wider community on their area of professional expertise.

Earner has provided students with insight into their career, offering advice to those looking to follow a similar path, and answering questions posed by students. They have demonstrated their interpersonal skills by communicating their professional experience to help provide insight in a personal way to help guide others in their career development.

Earner has offered a work placement or internship to ARU students. By doing so, earner has supported students and provided an opportunity for them to build on their career development.

Earner has joined ARU as a Live Brief partner organisation, presenting students with a real-world task and asking them to find a fresh and creative solution or ideas to benefit the organisation. This has given students a space to practice their active learning and build on their employability whilst also finding new and innovative inspiration for their organisation.

Earner has helped to develop strong connections between ARU and their workplace. By doing so, the earner has provided students with the opportunity to develop their career, and supported ARU to build better industry engagement, working in collaboration with the university to support entrepreneurial activity and employability activity.
