Earners of this badge have explored their career goals and developed their understanding of the world of work. They have participated in learning to identify and reflect on strengths, skills, and experiences that are relevant to their career goals.

Earner has participated in the Get a Career Mentor programme to improve their employability skills and confidence. They have completed work-related learning to develop skills for the workplace such as time management, communication, and decision-making.

Earner has attended six self-development and skills workshops delivered by industry professionals, engaging with knowledge exchange and reflecting on their own strengths, learning and career goals.

Earner has created a CV and achieved a score of at least 80% on the CV Checker AI tool, demonstrating their understanding of promoting their personal brand and evidencing their skills and experiences.

Earner has developed their LinkedIn profile and attended a Masterclass to understand the tools and benefits of using this platform as well as understanding and developing their own personal brand.

Earner has demonstrated their self-awareness, resilience and career and employability development from participation in the Shine Programme, mentoring and work experience resulting in a Personal and Professional Development Plan.

Earner has demonstrated their cultural awareness and professionalism through working with a mentor and engaging with a number of professionals from self-development and skills-based workshops.
