Their contribution is instrumental in breaking stereotypes, promoting diversity, and improving inclusion in the industry.

Criteria

Ahead Partnership Volunteers

The recipient of the badge must have volunteered at an Ahead Partnership Girl Tech event. They have dedicated their time and effort to teach, inspire, and motivate young women to consider a career in the tech and digital industries. This commitment demonstrates their passion for sharing their expertise, removing barriers to the industry, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

The recipient must have delivered an inspiring talk, facilitated an interactive workshop, participated in an interactive panel session, or been involved in networking with young women during the event. The quality of the content delivered is essential, as it should be informative, insightful and be able to spark interest in tech and digital.

The recipient must have shown a willingness and openness to engage with the young women present at the event. They must have answered questions from the participants, provided guidance, and shared their personal experiences. This interactive engagement is crucial in building an inclusive learning environment and developing attendees confidence, curiosity and sense of belonging within the field.
