Criteria

The recipient should be able to clearly outline the function of a specific financial service. This includes understanding the purpose of the service, how it operates, and the benefits it provides to its users. The recipient should be able to explain this in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

The recipient should be able to find information on the availability of the financial service. This means they can identify reliable sources of information, understand the details provided, and locate the service. This also includes an understanding of any requirements or prerequisites for accessing the service.

The recipient should be able to use the service effectively. This means they can follow the steps to access the service and meet any requirements set out. They should also be able to list at least two circumstances when they may need the service and state an expected outcome of accessing the service.
