They have developed skills to start sharing their own ideas through learning how to read media critically and use different media channels to express themselves and make their voices heard.

Earner has demonstrated confidence in adapting to new creative ideas and activities. They have shown their curiosity and willingness to learn by getting stuck in and trying new things, while gaining an awareness of different areas of media production.

Earner has demonstrated personal development, communication and enthusiasm through positive cooperation with other group members. They have collaborated well in both broadcast and program teams, working together to decide roles and responsibilities, share ideas, and achieve shared goals.

Earner has shown their ability to translate ideas into compelling audio content by successfully using broadcasting equipment to record their opinions and views on a range of issues and subjects. Using the RØDECaster Pro II mixing desk and PodMics, they recorded impactful interviews and engaging audio reports on diverse topics, which were then broadcasted on Allstar Youth Radio.

Earner has demonstrated their ability to prepare for a series of interviews and features, crafting questions that helped others share their stories and opinions on air. The interview preparations were then used in a series of prerecorded interviews and reports that were broadcast on Allstar Youth Radio.
