The badge holder has understood the role of communication in maintaining a positive work environment.

Criteria

The badge holder must learn the basic principles of workplace communication. This includes knowledge of different communication channels, the importance of clear and concise messaging, the role of active listening, and the effects of non-verbal cues. The individual needs to learn about the appropriate communication whether it be email, phone, face-to-face, or a group meeting in a work place..
The badge holder should show a basic understanding of the importance of feedback in a workplace setting, and why it's important to give constructive criticism in a tactful and respectful manner.
The badge holder can learn, through participation in relevant workshops and online training programs, how communicate in a variety of ways in a professional manner within the workplace context.
