This badge is awarded to individuals who have shown consistent progress and improvement in their personal, social, English, and Math skills. It recognizes not only the achievement of certain targets but also the ability to self-assess and record their own progress and improvements over time. The recipient of this badge has demonstrated a clear understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement, has set achievable targets for themselves, and has shown commitment and perseverance in reaching these targets.

Criteria

The English Target criteria require the individual to show demonstrable improvement in their English skills. This could be in reading, writing, speaking, or understanding. It is not enough to simply reach a certain level of proficiency, the individual must also be able to identify their progress and articulate how they have improved.

The Maths Target criteria demand the recipient to display notable progress in their mathematical abilities. This could include understanding mathematical concepts, problem-solving, computational skills, or data analysis. The recipient must not only achieve a particular level of competency but also need to understand their journey and how they have improved.

The Personal Social Development criteria necessitate the individual to demonstrate growth in their interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and social understanding. This includes showing empathy, working well in a team, understanding social norms and behaviors, and managing emotions. The recipient should be able to self-reflect on their growth and how they have reached their personal and social goals.
