Earner has attended a workshop with experienced clinicians to refine their interview techniques and increase their confidence. They have been taught model answers to difficult medicine interview questions and how to bring their past experiences of medicine to life.
Earner has participated in a medical technical skill workshop to enable them to learn and then demonstrate medical skills required to work within the Health and Social Care sector. They have developed employability and professionalism skills which they will then be able to highlight and refer to during their future medical university interview.
Earner has participated in a series of mock interviews replicate the HE interview process. They have shown good understanding of skills required to be successful in their future medicine university interview, such as communication and listening.
