This badge is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed their first SuperSquad in a leadership position known as ‘Squad Leader’. This badge indicates that the individual has completed two or more previous SuperSquads, gaining the knowledge and experience to effectively manage other young people in the programme. Squad Leaders hold a position of responsibility through supporting a group of 10 young people for the duration of the programme, and tracking that all their work has been completed within specific deadlines.

Earner has been a source of guidance and motivation for 13 to 18-year-olds for the duration of an online, six week programme to do with innovation.

Earner has completed training to equip them with the wider context, knowledge, and skills to hold a leadership position with the SuperSquad community structure.

Earner has triaged and dealt with incoming questions and inquiries from programme participants, to ensure that their experience is as positive and supportive as possible. They have escalated any matters that need to be dealt with by the wider internal team.

Earner has managed an online community group of 10 other young people for the duration of the programme, to ensure that all communication and interactions are appropriate and in line with our community guidelines.

Earner has tracked and reported on the completion of work experience tasks across their group, following up with any individuals who are being seen to fall behind.
