Criteria

Earner has shown maturity and professionalism through their attendance at the insight day, by adhering to all health and safety and workplace policies during their visit.

Earner has actively listened to a number of presentations and engaged with a range of employees at Morrisons, demonstrating interest and curiosity by confidently asking questions.

Earner has developed knowledge of business operation by participating in a Morrisons building tour and seeing first-hand the different departments that make up the organisation.

Earner has increased their knowledge of available roles at Morrisons, including different skills required for a range of jobs. They have demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the business by successfully completing a quiz about the retail, manufacturing and logistics occupations.

Earner has developed their marketing skills and demonstrated critical thinking by participating in a tasting activity. They have been provided with 3 different supermarket versions of ‘the best’ crisps, and rated each on taste, appearance, colour and flavour, before discussing in groups which they think were the best crisps. Earner was asked which crisps they believe to be the Morrisons crisps.

Earner has gained awareness of the early careers roles at Morrisons. They have increased their knowledge about the apprenticeship opportunities available and developed understanding of all relevant application processes.
