Criteria

Earner has demonstrated commitment to a career in the police Firearms Squad by volunteering to undertake a fitness test as part of the recruitment process.

Earner has demonstrated time management through ensuring they are fully prepared for the bleep test in terms of diet, exercise, and practical skills, including reaching an appropriate level of cardio fitness prior to the assessment.

Earner has demonstrated the ability to run back and forth along a 15-metre track in time to a series of beeps during the test, successfully achieving a minimum pass mark of level 9.4 as assessed by a competent individual.

Earner has received feedback on their performance at the fitness test and reflected on areas for future improvement.

This badge is open to all.
