Criteria

Earner has demonstrated initiative by rising to a four-week challenge of researching, planning, creating, and running their own business starting with just £5.
Earner has shown creativity through the generation of business ideas and creation of a business logo, as well as developing a marketing approach to effectively reach their target audience. The earner has also considered the best method of advertising their product or service during the selling event to attract customers.
Earner has demonstrated teamwork skills by working effectively with others to generate a business idea, develop this product or service in preparation for the selling event, and utilise their team’s range of skills to maximise their profits and customer experience.
Earner has demonstrated resilience and communication skills by listening to others, effectively interpreting their market research to improve their product or service, and communicating the value of their business through a sales pitch and other promotional channels.
Earner has demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills by successfully managing their budget, adapting to market research findings, and finding more successful ways to develop, promote, and sell their product or service.
Earner has demonstrated the skill of aiming high by setting out a positive, forward-thinking plan for their business, taking into consideration sustainable practices and opportunities to engage with their local community.
