Earner has attended the BASE Supported Employment Quality Framework workshop on 2 October 2024. Earners have ensured that anyone who is economically inactive and eligible for the programme who is seeking paid employment has received high quality support to find, maintain, and flourish in well matched employment. The SEQF model fidelity is intended to establish a core set of values and quality standards that supported employment service providers should uphold.

Earner has carried out a draft SEQF self-assessment in a group work setting to identify areas of compliance and good practice, highlighting areas for improvement for each stage of the Supported Employment Model - Engagement, Vocational Profiling, Job Finding, Employer Engagement and In Work Support. Earner has demonstrated critical thinking and analysis skills. Earner demonstrated planning and organisational skills through their teams meeting and by giving each colleague a role in the meeting.

Earner has gained a better understanding of how to support employers seeking to promote workforce diversity and also receive high-quality assistance for making reasonable adjustments and meet their business goals. Earner demonstrated active listening skills by completing activities and using the information given by a representative from BASE. Earner demonstrated problem-solving skills when discussing ways to improve services using the quality framework.
