Criteria

Earner has taken part in different activities with real employers or businesses from the 15 CTE career sectors.

Earner learnt about the varied jobs in each of the 15 career sectors and had opportunities to ask questions to employers in each sector, demonstrating their skills in communication and active listening.

Earner has taken part in activities that were employer led, and explored the skills and knowledge needed for that career sector.

Earner has gained first hand knowledge of future jobs and skills for each sector.

Earner has learnt about jobs they may not have been previously aware of within each sector.
