Engage in a skills activity over a pre-determined period of time. Develop skills in an area of interest which will support like skills and personal development.
Partake in a week long residential independently without anyone known to them. Step outside of their usual environment, routine and social setting, giving them the opportunity to find out more about themselves and who they see themselves as.
