Understood the importance of feedback in a workplace setting and the impact this can have on business, demonstrated the ability.to give constructive criticism in a tactful and respectful manner
Participated in relevant employer work experience of at least 5 days, seeking feedback and making efforts to improve based on that feedback, and showing a consistent pattern of effective communication in a workplace context.
Demonstrated the ability to receive feedback in a positive way, using it as a tool for personal and professional development
