Earners discussed in groups types of roles such as creative writer, photographer, script writer, editor, graphic designer whilst critically thinking about the skills needed in addition to their talent.
Earner has been introduced to ideas and concepts around the admin of being self employed. Earners learnt about the skills needed to manage finances and tax, marketing and branding, and top tips to keeping up to admin tasks and staying proactive.
Earner has learnt about auditions/interviews and began to explore why resilience is important when you don't secure the contract/work
