Organisations have undergone extensive scrutiny by a panel of experts within Belfast City Council’s Belfast Business Promise team.

Criteria

This badge is only available to Students, Members or Employees.

Organisation has demonstrated its commitment to fair wages by either becoming a member of the Real Living Wage or paying directly employed staff in line with the Real Living Wage.

Organisation has demonstrated its commitment to ethical and non-exploitative hiring practices by either not using zero-hour contracts or by using zero-hour contracts appropriately (i.e., with the agreement, and to the benefit of employees).
