Communication - Deepen - T-level

The earner of this badge have explored the behaviours and knowledge needed to enable better communication within health and care. They have attended three employer led sessions which have focused on the use of technology and communication in day to day activities of job roles within the health and care sector.

Criteria

T-level learners

It has been achieved through attending the Health T-level and gaining knowledge on communication with the health and care sector, noted below. Learners have also attended three employer led sessions which have focused on use of technology and communication in roles within the sector
Knowledge of how to plan and develop person centred care
Knowledge of how to communicate effectively with patients/service users, customers, carers and other health and care professionals
Knowledge of how to communicate in a health care setting
Understanding of how to use a range of techniques to overcome communication barriers
