Earner has increased their knowledge of how a manufacturing and engineering employer manages risk. They can identify a number of different hazards and risks and consider where they sit within a risk assessment.
Earner has increased their understanding of Personal Protective Equipment and can describe its uses in the workplace.
Earner has explored the purpose of first aid provision and fire awareness and they can describe why the reporting of incidents and ill health is required. They are aware of some welfare arrangements that could be in place within an employer to support mental health as well as physical health.
