Engage with a training resource, such as a short video or written guide, covering the preparation of learners for work experience, embedding reflection and skill development, and the role of digital badges in evidencing experience.
Complete a short online quiz to demonstrate understanding of the purpose and impact of structured work experience, how to support reflective learning, and how badges support progression and recognition.
Learn the process of issuing badges to learners and employers, ensuring that both parties can effectively use digital badges to evidence experience and skills gained.
Staff have also demonstrated willingness to work with employers and building a relationship with them to ensure the success of the placement and future placements.
