This badge recognises the completion of onboarding and induction, including Navigatr platform orientation and administrative registration. It marks readiness and commitment to learning by confirming attendance, platform setup, understanding of evidence submission and progress tracking, as well as clarity on programme goals and personal learning and employment objectives.

Criteria

Attend and participate in the induction session, engaging with presenters and peers and demonstrating understanding of the programme schedule, expectations and responsibilities.

Complete Navigatr platform orientation by creating or logging into an account, joining the assigned pathway, locating relevant badges, and demonstrating how to submit evidence and track progress within the system.

Complete required registration paperwork and submit a personal statement identifying learning and employment objectives aligned with the programme goals.
