Discover Your Potential

This badge recognises participants who have committed to the beginning of the programme by completing a baseline self assessment, setting clear personal development goals, and engaging actively in early sessions. It celebrates demonstrated self awareness, motivation and readiness for learning as evidence of commitment to growth.

Criteria

Complete the baseline Work Star self assessment, submitting honest reflection on current skills and areas for development. This provides a clear starting point for personalised learning and informed subsequent goal setting and support.

Set and document at least three specific, measurable personal development goals aligned to the programme outcomes, demonstrating clarity about intended progress and commitment to follow through during the learning journey.

Attend and participate actively in the programme's initial sessions, showing self awareness, asking constructive questions, and demonstrating motivation through contributions and engagement with peers and facilitators.
