Build Your Proficiency

This badge was awarded for completing accredited vocational training in a chosen sector and for developing the technical and occupational skills required for work. Recipients completed an OCN Level 2 qualification in areas such as Retail, Business Administration or Catering, met attendance and assessment requirements, and submitted a reflective learning log demonstrating applied learning and workplace readiness.

Criteria

Successfully completed an accredited OCN Level 2 qualification in a specified vocational pathway such as Retail, Business Administration or Catering, demonstrating attainment of the course learning outcomes and technical competencies required by the sector.

Met established attendance thresholds and passed all required assessments, including practical tasks and written assignments, to show consistent engagement and competence in vocational and occupational skills.

Submitted a reflective learning log that critically reviewed personal progress, workplace-relevant skill development and areas for further improvement, linking practical experience to theory and demonstrating readiness for employment.
